Do you offer gift cards?

We do not currently offer gift cards. It is hard to match cost of lumber as it is constantly fluctuating.

What are the acceptable payment options?

Nedley Turns Wood LLC proudly accepts all major card providers. As an AMEX business we proudly accept all American Express cards. We also accept Venmo and Cash app. We do not accept checks.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns. Every item is hand made to the order of the client and cannot be returned once completed.

How do I care for my NTW charcuterie board?

Care for a NTW piece is very simple.

Wash under running water with soap and water.
DO NOT DISHWASH
DO NOT SUBMERGE
Dry with a cloth and once air dry, oil with your choice of mineral oil. Should mineral oil once a week when using.
Enjoy again and again!

Are your boards and bowls food safe?

All NTW boards and bowls are food safe and are only sealed with mineral oil. The only %100 food safe wood sealer is mineral oil.
