Company Policies

Nedley Turns Wood LLC prides itself in making one of a kind handmade pieces. With that said:

• All sales are final and there is no returns or exchanges. 

• Custom orders require a half up front deposit for materials and supplies. This cannot be refunded once the product has begun being built. Should the buyer not wish to continue, they may be excused from paying the rest of the cost. 

• Because the product is hand made, there is naturally going to be some small imperfections in the work. The client acknowledges this by purchasing the product.
